In order to arouse society’s concern in raising the standard of music education in poor rural areas, allowing children to enjoy music lessons regularly in Hope Schools, the concert presented a variety of shows in assorted forms of artistic performances that demonstrated customs, cultures and characteristics of different ethnics, like Mongolian, Tibetan, Uighurian, Dong, Yi, Tujia, Qiang, Zhuang and Taiwanese Bunun, Atayal and Paiwan. The brilliant show attracted a large crowd of onlookers, in awe of the children performing with pride in their culture and confidence in their arts.

Since its commencement in May, the “Cheers! ENN and Project Hope in World Expo” series of charity events initiated activities like “Into the World Expo—National Rural School ‘ENN Technology Star’ Competition”, “Imagine World Expo—ENN ‘My Green Planet’ National Rural School Composition and Drawing Competition”, and the winners of these contests were also attendees at the concert, showcasing their award-winning pieces.
