Samsung Electronical Group will donate 3 million RMB every year from the year 2005 to 2007, totaling 9 million RMB in all. By the end of 2007, there will be 45 Samsung Anycall Hope Schools.

In 2005, the Hope Schools that will be established will cover five provinces and cities including Hebei, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang, thus covering north and north east China. The first Hope school will be built at the beginning of 2005 in Zhangjiakou, Hebei province. During 2006 and 2007, Samsung Anycall Hope Schools will be built east China, south China and west China as well.

Samsung believes that

 “ Education is a basic thing for a nation’s prosperity and the growth of its economy. It is our honor to create the Project Hope Samsung Anycall Fund with CYDF, to do something for the whole of Chinese education and for the future of China.”

Samsung China also社长李相铉 said: “Samsung China will still put affords to the Chinese education under the words ‘roots China, serve China’, redound upon china.”

The standing vice chairperson of the board of CYDF Guxiaojin joined the contract ceremony, she said:“ Project Hope is always supported by the society from the beginning till now, more and more multinational corporations joined into it, took the social responsibilities to help the Chinese education. Samsung Electronical Group is a world famous corporation, we are very happy to work together with them, to establish the Project Hope Samsung Anycall Fund, we will look round the areas that will be donated very carefully, implement the establishment and management of the 45 Hope Schools faithfully.”
